President Halford stated that the notice of reconsideration (page              
3811) on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69 "An Act                           
relating to registration of and information about sex offenders and            
amending Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure 11(c) and 32(b)" was               
not in order but could be reached by rescinding action.                        
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 69 was signed by the                          
President and Secretary and returned to the House.
